What is Producers Avenue?
Producers Avenue is a unique platform combining a music production marketplace and a social network. It allows music creators to buy and sell digital products like loops, presets, ghost productions, tutorials, offer services like freelance musician, singer, engineer and more. Additionally, users can connect, collaborate, and share ideas through their social profiles, making it a community-driven hub for music professionals.
How do I Join?
You can simply register for a free account as a member/buyer or vendor. Registration can be completed through the “Join” or “Start Selling” buttons across the site, in Header Account menu or HERE. You have to be registered to buy a subscription plan.
Is Producers Avenue free to use?
Yes, creating a Basic account on Producers Avenue is free (even for Vendors; up to 3 products). However, sellers can choose from various subscription plans, each offering different perks like reduced commission fees and enhanced features for their shop.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments through:
- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal (Coming soon)
- Stripe
All transactions are secure, and sensitive information is encrypted to ensure your safety.
Is my data safe with Producers Avenue?
Of course, we only store data necessary for your profile (emails, usernames, locations..). All the sensitive info (card numbers, Paypal accounts) are stored directly with our payment gateway partners’ databases (Stripe, Paypal)
What Subscription Plans does Producers Avenue offer ?
We have 5 subscription tiers/plans;
- Basic (Free) – You can upload and offer 3 products, and the commission rate is 35%
- Core ($10/month) – 5 products, commission rate 25%, 1 featured product
- Plus ($20/month) – 10 products, commission rate 20%, 2 featured products
- Premium ($50/month) – 20 products, commission 15%, 5 featured products
- Ultimate ($100/month) – Unlimited products, commission 10%, 10 featured products

For Buyers
How do I purchase a product?
To buy a product on Producers Avenue:
- Browse the marketplace using our categories or search bar.
- Click on a product to view its details, including descriptions, previews, and reviews.
- Add the desired product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Complete the payment process, and the files will be available for download in your account’s “Downloads” section.
What if I don't receive my purchased files?
If your download is missing or inaccessible:
- Check your email for the purchase confirmation and download link.
- Log in to your account and navigate to My Downloads under your profile dashboard.
- If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order ID for assistance.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are generally not available for digital products unless the item (download link) is defective. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact the seller or our support team for further assistance.
How do I leave a review for a product?
After purchasing a product:
- Go to the purchased product page.
- Scroll down to the Reviews section and leave your rating and comments.
- Share your feedback to help other buyers make informed decisions.
For Sellers
How do I become a seller?
To start selling on Producers Avenue:
- Sign up for an account and choose a vendor subscription plan
- Complete your profile setup
- Upload your products or services with detailed descriptions, preview files, and pricing.
- Start earning when buyers purchase your products!
Note: You have to be registered in order to buy a subscription plan.
Who can become a seller?
What are the commission fees?
The commission fees vary based on your subscription plan. Sellers on higher-tier plans enjoy reduced fees and additional perks. Visit the Pricing page for detailed information about fees and benefits.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Earnings are credited to your account after a successful sale. To withdraw:
- Navigate to your Dashboard and click on Withdraw. From there it’s pretty straightforward 🙂
- Withdrawals are processed within 7 business days.
Are there restrictions on the products I can sell?
Yes, all products must comply with Producers Avenue’s guidelines. Prohibited items include:
- Unauthorized or pirated content.
- Offensive or inappropriate materials.
- Content that violates intellectual property laws.

Social Network Features
How do I connect with other users?
Producers Avenue’s social network allows you to:
- Visit the Members page to find users based on interests or skills.
- Send friend requests to connect with other music creators.
- Use private messaging to collaborate or discuss projects directly.
- Join or create Groups for like minded people, share experiences, collaborate, network.
- If you’re trying to find a collaborator, check out our Collab Matcher tool. You can search for users by role, instruments, genres, skills (e.g. music producer, artwork, rock, guitar, mixing)
Can I showcase my work on my profile?
Yes! Your profile acts as your digital portfolio. You can:
- Upload and display your best tracks or completed projects.
- Share updates and engage with followers through posts.
- Highlight your marketplace products directly on your profile
What are groups, and how can I join one?
Groups are spaces for users with shared interests to collaborate and share resources. To join:
- Visit the Groups section (Community Menu or your Profile) and browse available options.
- Click Join Group to participate in discussions and activities.
